I saw something similar recently, but when using=20 "moused_nondefault_enable=3D"NO"" in /etc/rc.conf to disable moused. With= =20 moused disabled, Xorg would log something like "System mouse disabled"=20 in /var/log/Xorg.0.log, and the mouse didn't work. But when I enabled=20 moused, Xorg found and used it. --=20 Rebecca Cran
