In chflags(2) documentation, there are three options (UF_IMMUTABLE, UF_APPEND, UF_NOUNLINK) described 
as 'may be set by the owner or the super-user', but the other options(UF_NODUMP, UF_OPAQUE) aren't. 
They should be described in the same way.

And also SF_ARCHIVED should be described as 'may be set by the super-user' like other SF_* options.
