The problem occurs in the RAID controller BIOS (before we even boot or get to the OS install). Thanks to John for confirming these cards do work above 2TB. I will look into upgrading the firmware (on these brand new cards). Perhaps it's just the current firmware that can't handle 2TB harddrives x 3 in RAID. Cheers, Andreas
