The originator is the kon2 port submitter.  Per private communication,
he agrees it is probably better to merge the kon2 port into kon (just
a regular cvs commit, as there is no noticeable history in the kon2
port) and delete kon.  So, if someone is taking care of this, please
do it that way, instead of removing kon.
