Subject: FreeBSD vs. Linux

I am new to using FreeBSD or Linux, and I have a few questions.

Does FreeBSD support Sound? Linux does, and as a musican, sound is
important
to me. If I am going to play games, I will need sound too.

Is FreeBSD good for someone like me, that is new to Un*x?

Which is the more complete operating system?

Thank you.
~John
