With regard to the current 4.2 release I have sent
a private note to Jordan expressing what I see
as neccessary steps. My letter to him points out
possible short falls in the procedure.

If however, they are not consider shortfalls,
then they might be viewed as refinements or
improvements to the release procedures. The notes
and questions I'm asking are of benefit to all
in *BSD not just for developers who might have
knowledge of current FreeBSD procedures.

I extend my hand in friendship so that we might
develop a better reputation for *BSD and show people
the quality that is produced, which we habitually fail
to enumerate.

				best regards,
				Jessem.
