Ok, ok, I'll test it. And I tested it.

Now, libkse had problems freezing konsole at one time. I don't know 
about now, but that's another matter anyway.

Both libkse and libthr behave identically with regards to the problem I 
described. In both dup2() works, resulting in later failure of 
ttyname(), and in both just renaming /usr/local/bin/konsole_grantpty 
results in ttyname() working again.
