Subject:   fdc0 doesn't attach on my current machine

	I didn't notice this issue until now.  So I don't know when this
	issue started.  The issue is that I can't attach floppy disk
	drive.  I doesn't disable FDC on BIOS, and I can boot from
	floppy disk.  What should I do?
