Unfortunately, this kind of utility is well suited to show the differences of scale between UNIX and Microsoft. I find that I have 600,000 files on my machine, starting ytree takes longer than I can accept, and the sheer number of files makes it difficult to maintain an overview with this kind of utility. Instead, the traditional utilities, such as find, work better.
