Subject:   Is there an easy way to get the CPU used by interrupt processing?

I'm interested in what's going on when processing lots of short UDP packets.  
I expect the kernel thread that figures out which socket gets a packet to be 
the limiting factor.  I'd like to verify that.  I have several user threads 
and CPUs to process the packets.
