The rubygem- one shows up in "gem list" and is detected as installed
by gem.

It's at least a bug that both are required, it may be a bug that
either is required, though I doubt it and it's a bug that the dep
doesn't go away when you turn it off, although the dep may not be
optional. I'll take a look at it and see if I can fix it, thanks for
letting us know.
