Thanks!  Yes, seting PULSEAUDIO=3Don in audio/openal-soft fixed qTox.

However, the problem is that every `pkg upgrade' tries to overwrite the cus=
tom
package (from ports).  Also, the fix works only with ports and if someone
(=E2=80=9Cnormal users=E2=80=9D) relies on binary packages, qTox+openal-sof=
t is not usable.

Is there any way to fix the package permanently (e.g. by setting PULSEAUDIO=
 to
on by default)?  I guess that PULSEAUDIO is disabled to reduce the number of
dependencies, but it's actually necessary for qTox to work.  What do you th=
ink
about it?
