:We don't have a nearly-empty rc.conf.local in the tree. There's no
:reason why we should have a nearly-empty rc.local there either. It's
:just an open invitation for committers to (wrongly) add code to it.

    No problem.  I'll do all of this.  I'm, going to commit the rc.local I
    have first, then cvs delete it and commit the deletion, so there is 
    absolute no confusion.
