I will let you know by tomorrow or so if I can reproduce it, because I 
just empty /var/db/pkg/, /usr/local/ and /usr/X11R6/.. Right now it's 
building/installing a lot of stuff such as X, Gnome2.4 and etc.. I always 
do that at the every release of Gnome2. ;-)
