Hello,

I am trying to build news/pan-0.10.0 to no avail. There are two source
files (gmime/gmime-utils.c and pan/message-send.c) which include
langinfo.h. It seems that it is needed for the declaration of
nl_langinfo() and a macro named CODESET. Unfortunately, langinfo.h
does not exist at all.

Just FYI.
