Do you have a current copy of fips?  I seem to recall BSD
has -11,   fips12.zip has been round for over a year...

Differences were:
Version 1.2 - october 20, 1994

- Added information about OnTrack Disk Manager to the doc.

- Added file FIPS.FAQ that covers frequently asked questions.
