You'd have what's on most of the CDs.  You wouldn't have the CVS tree or
the live filesystem tho, which aren't necessary for installation.

We expect you to *buy* the CD, not burn your own. :-)  Plus, wasting
2GB just for CD images that are expanded on the FTP site anyway would
be truly wasteful.
