Having had to visit this a few years ago (a group within our Engineering was exporting LynxO/S with the encryption routines fully visible!) I'd say you'll have to put some sort of export control on it! Unfortunately, encryption technology is still classed as a munition under US law, and as such, CANNOT be exported without specific export licensing (PER incident(sp?)).....
