Should probably have a dependency on install there, too.

Something like this is most useful if its stored in
/var/db/pkg/PKG/xxx (or easily accessible based on the
information in /var/db/pkg/PKG).  Many times I've wanted to have
some idea of how much space I could save by pkg_deleting PKG.
