	Sorry to reply to myself, but those should probably be:

camcontrol -n ch -u 0 -c "03 00 00 00 64 00" -I 0x64 "s18 b8"

and

camcontrol -n ch -u 0 -c "03 00 00 00 64 00" -I 0x64 "s18 i1"

	The length inside the CDB is in hex, so the length specified for
the -I argument should match it.
