Well, to begin with, PicoBSD 0.31 is relatively old version, but I suppose
they just grabbed it from xperimnt/ directory in 2.2.6-R.

Then, I'd say that we need to take responsibility of making FreeBSD known
in our hands. What I mean is that I can of course write an article on it,
but I can't do this for each and every magazine around the world :-) -
hence the suggestion that if you experience this lack of documentation or
articles in press, perhaps you should try to write one. Writing a one-two
page article on what FreeBSD is in general is not a rocket science, and
it's a worthy experience in itself. :-)

I have one such article handy, it only needs the translation from Polish
to English (and then to French)... That's why I said you (read: "French
FreeBSD users") need to take responsibility in your hands. If you decline,
then I'll try to contact them, but it's a short-lived solution anyway...
