Your errormessages look quite similar to what I encountered
during my first steps with isdn4bsd.
Try playing around with your BIOS' settings for your ISDN-card's
IRQ (change it from 'legacy ISA' to 'ISA/PNP' or something) - at
least for me things started working then.
(This is mentioned in the FAQ too, btw :).)
