I don't have a laptop which 4.X or 5.X is installed.  I had a chance
to use a laptop which 4.1-RC is installed.  So, I tested it.
It seems working fine.  Before this, when pccard was datached and
re-attached, the laptop didn't accept ND at all.  This problem seems
gone.
