The people who maintain these ports, namely kde@FreeBSD.org. I wasn't aware that I was required to contact these maintainers.. they had plenty of notice to join the above list if they so desired. This particular topic has been hashed to death over the last two years since I started maintaining these ports, please don't start it again. This is not portmgr's domain, so that part is irrelevant.
