Why is this a bug?  Why would you add more GNOME components _after_ you
checked to see if GNOME was installed?  If you want to add GNOME
components to the default build, simply add them at the top (on the
first USE_GNOME line).  In this case, it isn't necessary since gdkpixbuf
implies gtk12 (which is documented in the porting guide).
