No, files.* portion of the patch depends on ${FMT} too, to pick up the
correct files.

That was never my intent -- the intent was to make it possible again
to downgrade to RELENG_4 from 5.0-CURRENT (using the RELENG_4's gcc).

(This is now committed.)
