Known problem; run

ldconfig -m /usr/local/lib/apache2

and all should be well. I haven't had a chance to look at the cause, but
that does fix it pro tempore. My *guess* is that the directory is
removed (either from the filesystem or from ld.so's search path), and
thus has to be added again.
