You'll find tcpd under /usr/local/libexec
You'll find tcpdchk and tcpdmatch will be under /usr/local/sbin
Under /usr/local/etc you'll find a sample inetd.conf.wrapped.sample which is
an example of how to set up inetd.conf with wrappers ...
