Not on your system at the same time. You get to pick one or the other
to run when your machine boots.

Not quite. FreeBSD is *very* much more reliable and faster than Win95,
but the whole system can be quite a daunting experience for the
newbie.

Only if you take the trouble to set up the X Windowing System, with
a Window Manager (and you've got many choices here).
