This really belongs on either the questions or amd64 lists, but
anyway...

If you compile the ports from source, you can try commenting out or
deleting the "ONLY_FOR_ARCHS=" line in the port's Makefile.  Sometimes
the port will then compile and install successfully.  Some ports will
still have problems, though.
