Now that you mention it, I see /dev/usb/0.4.[01]. Only tried writing to /dev/usb/0.4.0 before. Will try that and send an update with the results! I've only done this in Linux before, but the link I mentioned earlier seems to be doing same/similar step for FreeBSD.
