The minimum is the bin distirbution, but that can be ftp'ed during tne installation. You need /pub/FreeBSD/2.2.6-RELEASE/floppies/boot.flp. You'll need fdimage.exe (for DOG), or dd (for UNIX) to image that file unto a disk. The full instructions are in the handbook at http://www.FreeBSD.ORG/handbook/.
