I am trying to compile an application on FreeBSD 5 that was originally
written and tested on Linux. It is bombing when calling for a function
pthread_create and pthread_join. I see there is a man on my system for
pthread_create.3 but I see no way of enabling this function. A search of my
system for pthread_create turns up nothing but man pages. Does anyone have
any suggestions? Below is the messgae I"m getting when compiling.

/usr/home/shaung/tlf-0.8.19/src/main.c:527: undefined reference to
`pthread_create'
/usr/home/shaung/tlf-0.8.19/src/main.c:535: undefined reference to
`pthread_create'
/usr/home/shaung/tlf-0.8.19/src/main.c:542: undefined reference to
`pthread_join'
/usr/home/shaung/tlf-0.8.19/src/main.c:543: undefined reference to
`pthread_join'
