Asus P2-99 - celeron 433 Maxtor 40Gb drive with the "cylinder limit jumper in" to get past BIOS lockup. FreeBSD 4.0 Install CD on ATAPI CDROM Gets as far as probing devices... and it definitely may take some time as the on-screen message warns - potentially infinite it seems.
