hi guys

i was experementing with writing kernel modules and my kernel panic and my
filesystems too. 
when i fsck it tells me
** /dev/ad0s2a (NO WRITE)
** Last Mounted on /
** Root file system
** Phase 1 - Check Blocks and Sizes
** Phase 2 - Check Pathnames
** Phase 3 - Check Connectivity
** Phase 4 - Check Reference Counts
** Phase 5 - Check Cyl groups
2902 files, 45030 used, 4553 free (41 frags, 564 blocks, 0.1% fragmentation)

and fsck -p
/dev/ad0s2a: NO WRITE ACCESS
/dev/ad0s2a: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY. 

what is it?
