George Reid is apparently submitting a CUPS port (which I'll at least
look at), but for future reference you can find the instructions on
creating a port at <URL:
http://www.freebsd.org/porters-handbook/index.html >.

This is the porters handbook, and it's relatively new, so not very
well crosslinked yet.
