Ah, this is the so-called ``kitchen-sink'' kernel then!

Of course, you know that we will only agree to include Tcl into the
kernel if we also include a Perl compiler, and a full Emacs, and
perhaps a Netcrap.  Makes for a full kitchen-sink then...
