 * Because -current is "not yet release code" and tcl8.0b2 is "almost but

Beta testing on an outside, master distribution and beta testing on
our side is an entirely different issue.  Of course we have to test
changes to our own in system in -current; but there is no reason why
we would have to test someone else's beta software in our system
(that's what ports is for!).
