Hi!

Is there anybody successfully using MySQL on 2.2.6-beta with libc_r
threads? I mean MySQL 3.21.26.

All compiles ok, and appears to work ok for some time, but:
 1) `mysqladmin shutdown' does nothing
 2) server sometimes dies with signal 11 when there are many
simultaneous connections (about 15..20 active threads)
 3) `thr_alarm' locks forever

What can be done to help it? Is there are any differences between 2.2
and 3.0 libc_r's?
