Actually Cygnus hasn't merged it.  Cygnus's gcc/config/i386/freebsd.h is
our gcc/config/i386/freebsd-aout.h.  Their gcc/config/i386/freebsd-elf.h
is our gcc/config/i386/freebsd.h.
