I ran the doc-all cvsup file and did make all install clean in /usr/doc, but
now I've got a lot of sgml files in /usr/doc that I don't know what to do
with. Can I delete them?

/usr/doc/en_US.ISO_8859-1 seems to be a copy of what's in /usr/share/doc,
except the former has only sgml files and the latter has readable (for me,
at least) html files.

Does make all install clean in /usr/doc build the html files and then dump
them into /usr/share/doc?
