Where does the manpage say that?

My manpage for chmod says:

     -h      If the file is a symbolic link, change the mode of the link
             itself rather than the file that the link points to.

It would help if you mentioned which version of FreeBSD you're running, and
when the chmod manpage you have was last updated.  A quote from the manpage
would be nice too.
