"IA-32" is an accepted name for the i386 architecture.

In this context, "hardwire" means to set kernel environment variables 
at kernel compile-time (permanently), rather than setting them at 
boot-time.

The word "tunables" is misspelled as "tuneables" but I already fixed 
that.
