How are you using PYTHON_SITELIBDIR?  If you're using it in
pre/post/do-install as a place to install stuff, you should be using
PYTHONPREFIX_SITELIBDIR.  PYTHON_SITELIBDIR is useful to check for
modules installed into LOCALBASE/PYTHONBASE.
