No, it doesn't look like it's trying to fetch 5.07 at all. I am not sure 
why there are double slashes for the distfile pointer, but I'm also not 
sure if that has anything to do with why it's not fetching. It looks 
like it's trying to build 5.07 from the right distfile, but it's not 
pointing exactly to the right place, and it's not fetching it when it's 
not found. I looked at the Makefile, but I'm not sure where to start 
with that.
