Sorry, should have said where it was, gets put 
into /usr/local/share/portmanager but I'll attach the patch to this message
anyways.

I've fixed a bug where the package list is picking up build dependencies
since posting this yesterday.   You sould be able to test ok with what is 
there but if you like I have a version available that also handles the patch
better and fixes the bug.
