It's my mistake - i haven`t put MODULE_DEPEND for amdpmsub into amdp.c.
You need kldload smb BEFORE amdpm. Or add this line:
MODULE_DEPEND(amdpmsub, smbus, SMBUS_MINVER, SMBUS_PREFVER,
SMBUS_MAXVER)
