I worked around the problem by removing the port. However, it seems reasonable to fix the configure script or add something to the port so that it's marked BROKEN when kdelibs3 is installed. It wouldn't work with KDE3 at all. Any user could get into this mess by installing libreoffice then knoda and then trying to rebuild libreoffice later for an update.
