Looks like a problem with tar(1).

Adding a 'v' to tar(1) options shows that the substitution from '\\' to
'/' does only occurs for the first match on FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE (in
spite of the 'g' at the end of the substitution pattern).

Repeating the substitution pattern is a workaround that fix the problem.

I am checking that this really build on all my poudriere jails, and will
commit this workaround.
