Doug,

I think that you and others have convinced me that there isn't an
overwhelming need to deprecate rcOG.  The only gate to removing it
for 5.1 is that I would like for you and Scot Hetzel to get with
Bruce Mah and write up appropriate release documentation to help
users with any transition issues.  I know that Bruce has some
specific questions that he would like answered.
